Since 2010, Ironfish Real Estate Property Management has created the market presence with the mission to assist our investors to build a strategic, diversified property portfolio and exceed the expectations by delivering an attentive, tailored and innovative management service.
In the beginning of the new financial year 2018-2019, we will continue with our traditions of being the market front-runner with the decision to migrate into a new Cloud-based system. PropertyTree is built by Rockend, a company with 40 years of experience in the market, complimented by the award-winning support team to ensure the property management experience is seamless and communication between all of the parties becoming more transparent and accessible.
Owners Portal in PropertyTree is one of the great examples of how it allows our clients to view relevant documents or communicate directly with us via the Message Centre functionality. You will be able to access these features at any time, across all devices and from wherever you are in the world. Once it is ready, you will receive an invite from us via PropertyTree to create your personal account on the Portal to have your investment property information in your hand on your choice of mobile devices.
Our office is currently preparing for the new system and there will be down time between Monday, 2 July 2018 to Tuesday, 3 July 2018 for the migration process to be completed. Rest assured that this does not affect the normal operation of our service and you can continue to contact us during this period. Please take note that after going Live on PropertyTree, you may receive our emails sent from PropertyTree (eg: propertytree@propertytree.com).

在2018至2019财政年开始之际，我们秉承着市场先驱者的传统，决定把现有管理系统升级为更有效率的云端系统。 PropertyTree是由拥有40年市场经验的Rockend公司精心打造的。在它背后拥有获奖团队的支持以确保物业管理系统更加完善；房东，租客，物业管理经理之间的沟通变得更加透明和便捷。
PropertyTree里其中一个非常便捷的功能就是客户可以直接进入我们的系统查看他们物业的相关文件，还可以通过网上的信息中心，安全、直接得与我们联系。业主可以通过手机，电脑，平板电脑等各种方式，在全球任何地点任何时间来使用这些功能。在这个功能准备好后，我们会从PropertyTree发出注册邀请让业主注册账号以便往后用移动设备来查看到相关物业的信息并与我们的物业经理交流。当然，业主还是可以以正常的邮件、电话或微信来联系到我们。
我们现在正在为新系统的上线做准备。2018年7月2日星期一至2018年7月3日星期二将会完成系统升级过程，在此过程中可能会有些延误， 但请您放心，这不会影响我们现有系统的正常运行，在此期间您也可以照常联系我们。请留意，在我们新系统PropertyTree上线后，您将可能会收到我们从PropertyTree发送的电子邮件（例如：propertytree@propertytree.com）。
