Come onboard with Ironfish Real Estate – Owners Portal
Great news! We have successfully migrated to the new Cloud-based system, PropertyTree. We are excited to announce that the invitation to come onboard with us on Owners Portal will be rolled out starting from next week. You will receive an invitation to register as per the image above.
On Owners Portal, you will be able to access the latest status of your investment property. Documents such as your statements, receipts, invoices and ledgers can be easily accessible. In addition to that, you will be able to message your property manager via the Message Centre should you have any questions, or even just to say “Hello!”. In order to guide you through the process, please refer to the introduction video which is also including information for the statement.
*Please take note that the future rental disbursement to your account. will show as "Transfer from Ironfish". Property address will no longer be displayed on the statement.
