North - Owners Corporation Special Meeting

On 17 September 2018, Ironfish Real Estate represented majority of our owners at the Owners Corporation Annual General Meeting (AGM) for NORTH Apartments. During this meeting, we were made aware of the mutual dissatisfaction against the Owners Corporation (APM) on matters such as 2017-2018 expenditure and 2018-2019 budget plan. In result of the discussion, a Special Meeting will be called within the next few weeks to discuss the below:

Review of 2017-2018 financial report;
Review of 2018-2019 OC Budget and Fund Allocation of OC 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; and
Clarification to fully utilize the fund contributed by all the NORTH owners.

Our aim is to build a long-lasting relationship with all of our clients and protect their best interests in NORTH. In order for us to represent you in the future OC Meetings especially the upcoming Special Meeting, if you have not completed a proxy form, please click HERE to download the proxy form to nominate our office as your representative. If you have already filled in a proxy form and returned to us, we will continue to represent you and assist the committee to monitor the use of owners funds at owners corporation and make sure NORTH building is well maintained to a high standard for it to grow in value.
