new norm

How Ironfish have adapted to real estate's “new norm” while Coronavirus has disrupted...

27-Mar-2020

As you're aware, COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has heavily disrupted the way in which we live and work, forcing society to adjust to a new reality. It is an everchanging situation that we will continue to monitor on a daily basis to ensure that our operations and policies comply with the recommended guidelines issued by the Australian Government.

The following adjustments have been made in order to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our employees, clients and the greater community:

  • As of 30 March 2020, our offices will be closed and all staff will work from home.
  • Open inspections for both sales and rentals will be replaced with private 1:1 inspections (appointment only).
  • We will provide pre-filmed video walkthroughs or live video streams for those not comfortable with attending open inspections.
  • We will conduct phone, video or online meetings unless face-to-face contact is essential.

Despite these changes, it’s business as usual. Fortunately, we are a cloud-based company and have the tools and technology to attend to your property needs as effectively and efficiently as possible whilst working remotely. Ultimately, we want to continue to deliver the high standard of service we are known for with minimal disruption.

Like many industries, real estate has been thrown into uncharted territory as a result of the global pandemic, however rest assured, Ironfish Real Estate are equipped to handle the challenges we are now facing. Now is the time for us to be proactive and innovative, finding new ways to operate as best we can in our new norm.

We may not walk away completely unscathed however please know, we are committed to supporting our team and clients through the uncertainty ahead. We’re in this together!

If you have any questions or concerns in relation to the above information, please do not hesitate to contact your agent or our customer service line.
